Mrs Sue Warmington

Our Practice Manager, Sue, is responsible for all of the business aspects of the practice making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care also human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. She supports the GP and staff with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.  If you have any comments, suggestions or you are not happy with the service you are receiving you may speak to the Practice Manager.


Our Practice Administrator, Yvette who at times covers reception duties,  supports the Practice Manager and clinical staff by carrying out practice audits and searches amongst a wealth of other duties to ensure all aspects of patient care are monitored carefully


Our Reception team is headed by our Reception Supervisor, Diane.  We also have two other receptionists who along with Diane are the first point of contact for our practice - Tina and Beryl.  They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.  They also make all the appointments for the practice and deal with issuing of repeat prescriptions, patient queries, secretarial duties and patient records along with a multitude of other daily tasks.  Receptionists are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the clinical staff.
