All consultations are by appointment, available at the times indicated on our opening times page - please note these are subject to variation. A clinician will usually be able to see you the same day if you have an urgent problem.

You can book your appointment with any of our clinicians by phone, come in to the practice or, you can register for 'Access on Line' if you wish to do this you will need to register for this service - please ask reception for further details

Please do not blame the receptionist if your ideal time is not available. They can only offer what is available and will always do their best to assist you.

Following a National Government initiative from 1st September 2018 extra appointments will be offered across the whole of Tamworth (The New Mercian GP Network), including evening and weekend appointments. Additionally a new on line digital service will be available on Sunday mornings where appointments will be offered with a GP via the Q Doctor App. Posters will be available in the surgery shortly; please click on this link for further details

Practice Nurse

As a patient, you may meet our practice nurse. She runs various clinics, deals with immunisations and can give advice on a wide range of healthcare matters.


If you need an interpreter please let the receptionist know when booking your appointment.

Teaching Practice

Our practice is an approved Teaching Practice and, if you give your consent, your consultation may be conducted by a supervised medical student.


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason PLEASE INFORM US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE  in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
