You can register to order your repeat prescriptions on line - please ask at reception for further information
Patients on long-term medication can use the repeat slip attached to their last prescription to re-order. Simple tick the items required and put in the box on the reception desk - please note your prescription will take 48 hours to process
Alternatively you may wish to register for 'Access on Line' services this will allow you to order your repeat prescription and to book appointments
Once you have requested your prescription this can be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice, this is called Electronic Prescribing Services, otherwise known as EPS. If you would like to use this service you will need to register with reception
Please note that we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone - this is for safety purposes
If you would like us to post your prescription to you, please supply a stamped addressed envelope when requesting your prescription and this will be forwarded to you (please remember this may take longer than 48 hours)
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a clinician at least once a year to review your medication/s a notification should appear on your prescriptions repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appointment appropriately to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
IMPORTANT: Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
