As a practice we welcome feedback below are different methods of how patients can provide this:
Patient Participation Group (PPG)

The practice held its first PPG meeting on the 16th March 2016.  A small group of patients were invited to the meeting and a chairman was elected, this being Mr Richard Woodward.   Discussion took place regarding future meetings, frequency, aims and objectives and ground rules, feedback was also invited from patient members -minutes from the meetings are available for viewing in the practice.  The next meeting will be held on 15th March 2017 if any patients have any agenda items they would like the PPG patient representatives to discuss on their behalf  please put these in writing, addressed to the Practice Manager no later than 28th February 2017 and these will be passed to the Chairman

Friends and Family Test

We welcome patient comments/suggestions, or maybe you want to tell us what we are doing well! - you can do this by completing a Friends and Family questionnaire which are readily available in the reception area (please place these in the marked box in Dr Vije's waiting area when completed)

Patient Questionnaire

We also run an annual patient questionnaire which is given out randomly to 100 patients.  The results of this are available if you click on the 'Upload Survey Report' section of the website or on the practice notice board - we would like to thank all patients who took part in the 2015 survey

NHS Choices

The NHS patient choices website also has the facility for patients to add comments/suggestions - you can do this anonymously but we do ask that you put your details as this will allow us to make contact with the person making the comment/suggestion if necessary
